Admission
Festival includes three tournament:
OPEN A (Integral)
Reserved for players with FIDE/FSI ELO rating.
OPEN B
Reserved for players with FIDE/FSI ELO rating less than 1800.
OPEN C
Reserved for players without FSI title. This tournament will be annexed to OPEN B in case of attendees are less than 8 players.

All players to be in full possession of requirements foreseen by FSI/FIDE rules can take part at the tournament. Italian players and stranger players with residence in Italy are required to be in rule with FSI-FIDE association.

Time Control
90 minutes plus 30 seconds for move.

6^th round sunday 5 October, 15:00

Pairing System and Tie-Break System
The Swiss System will be used for pairings (Lim variation). The Bucholz FIDE, total Bucholz and number of games won will be used in that order as a tiebreak.

Entry Fee Open A / B: € 32,00 (€ 27,00 for Nichelino C.C. members)
Open C € 27,00 (€ 22,00 for Nichelino C.C. members)
Younger than 18: € 22,00 (€ 17,00 for Nichelino C.C. members)
Entrance fee free for GM, MI and MF.

Registration is mandatory not later than 1 October 2008. Later registration will be accepted until 2 October 2008, 19:30 with the surcharge of € 5.
